Introduction Letter
On November 14, 2002, I sent a letter and documents to Gord McIntosh,
Attorney General of Manitoba, as well as to Steward Murray, Conservative
Leader, Jon Gerrard, LIberal Leader, and Garry Breitkreuz, David Anderson
and Rick Casson, Alliance M.P.s in Ottawa.
Since January 2003, western Canadian farmers have been refunded the
finds for ascertained forfeitures.
Upon receiving copies of documents that Ken Dillen and Andy McMechan
obtained through the Information Act, I engaged the services of Criminal
Lawyer, Neil Kravetsky.
Mr. Kravetsky has sent a letter and the statement of facts and
documents to the Standing Committee on Justice in Ottawa and Federal
Political Leaders requesting that they immediately address and deal with
the travesty and injustice against western Canadian farmers and their
families.
Because the documents prove that the Federal Officials enlisted the
help of the U.S. Customs Attaché in Ottawa to prosecute western Canadian
farmers, I have sent a letter and documents to Senator Conrad Burns
requesting information on why the U.S. Government became involved in only
prosecuting western Canadian farmers and not the accredited exporters of
the CWB. who exported millions of bushels of grain through Ontario and
Quebec into the U.S.A. without Export Permits.
I am now prepared to talk to the media about documents made available
to Provincial and Federal Politicians.
Jake E. Hoeppner,
Former M.P. for Portage-Lisgar, Manitoba
