10 black plastic garbage bags tied shut with twist
ties. Each bad contained one sealed cardboard box marked
"Canadian Natural Tobacco" "30-200g Code 660"
" For Sale outside Canada only" I untied each bag
to check the contents (Box) and placed my initials with date and
time on them. |

All exhibits were placed in the van by myself.
The ban was parked inside the garage. I locked the van and
retained both the regular and the spare keys. |

Synopsis: I attended to V3 with D1462 and Cpl Juenke. I
assisted in the removal of 10 cases of liquor and 10 cases of
tobacco. Same place in garage. |

Synopsis: I attended to V3, unlocked the equipment box, removed
and marked video tape from the Lyne buy. I then loaded a new
VHS tape in the recorder. I then returned to the safehouse
and placed the video tape in secure storage. |

Further discussions with Cst Simard and Walkden
regarding Joe Lyne. Comment about D1462 working for the
Cops. |

Cst Simard suggested we purchase some farm chemical
and have D1462 approach Lyne to sell him or trade the chemical for
more liquor. The story behind the chemical would be that
they are "hot." This would fit in with D1462's
past.** |

The point here is that Joe Lyne had told D1462 he
has heard that D1462 is working for the cops. Lyne still
sold liquor and tobacco to D1462. |
|
|
Because of the comment by Lyne that he can't
understand what D1462 is doing with all the liquor and tobacco we
will now be forced to buy at least one more order if not two
before the takedown. |

It also would appear that since Joe Lyne sent D1462
to pick up the |
