Dear Sir,
The discovery of an unconscious Ken Dillen, of
Saskatchewan, in the early morning of Nov. 20/02 on the street in Melita,
Manitoba, is another very disturbing incident in the ongoing malicious
prosecution of farmers in Western Canada. Mr. Dillen's experience in
Provincial Politics, his discovery of the damning operation named
"Wheatbar" and memorandum to all employees of the Prairie Region
identified as 5800-8 Grain 5822-15-PG15820 make his tragedy suspect of an
attempted homicide until proven otherwise. Mr. Dillen's
correspondence with the Honorable Shirley McLellan of the Alberta
Provincial Government and Maurice Vellacott, Saskatchewan Alliance MP,
further suggest very strongly that somebody would like to silence Mr.
Dillen.
The RCMP's failure to do a proper investigation in the
Waterhen Blockage and Operation "Decode" questions the ability
of the RCMP to do a thorough investigation into Mr. Dillen's tragic
circumstance.
In your letter to me on May 12/02 you state that Mr.
Leverault's file will remain open with intention of identifying a suspect
in this matter. My information is that next to nothing has been done
to investigate the death threat and the Leverault family live in fear
continually with the death threat being part of their daily life.
I am enclosing a letter of June 01/99 from Staff Sergeant
W.F.J. Fleming. The RCMP's inability to find the leaks in their own
departments in top secret operations is not only unacceptable but demands
an immediate judicial inquiry. Fear of incompetent or corrupt Law
Enforcement Officials is far wor4se than the fear of terrorism from a
foreign source.
Two Solicitor Generals have been forced to resign, and the
time has come that heads should roll in the RCMP due to their negligence
to carry our the just enforcement of the law, instead of catering to the
political policies of Federal Politicians.
